2.5 Why haven't I received a response to my email?
In the past we've seen a couple of reasons why customers haven't receive emails after making a purchase or making an enquiry. It is possible your email address could have been entered in incorrectly in your account settings in which case you'll have to change it and enter in the correct one. Alternatively the email could gone to your junk email in which case you'll have to change you're junk filter settings. It could also be possible that you did not click on "submit properly. We do endeavour to respond to all emails as quickly as possible, usually within 24-48 hours (on weekdays) of the request.

2.7 How do I check the status of my order?
Please note the following possible Order Statuses that your order could be in:
PENDING - We have received your order request along with your payment and your order should be PROCESSED shortly for you.
SHIPPED - The label(s) for your orders have been printed and the information has been sent to our warehouse for package and shipment OR that your order has been packed and already shipped with the tracking number provided.
HOLD - There may be something wrong with your payment, if you have not been contacted within 3-4 business days, please send us an email through the help center under the PAYMENTS category so that a representative can look into the issue for you.
Please note that these are only the 3 major order statuses and that others do exist; if your order status is something different and you'd like more information, please contact us through the help center with your query.

3.1 What payment methods can I use?
We currently accept payment via Visa, MasterCard or PayPal.
Please note that PayPal offers extended payment options, such as bank deposit. This makes it possible to pay for your order without a credit card. www.Paypal.com.au
We unfortunately are not able to accept payment via cheque, money order or direct deposit at this time.
The reason we don't offer these additional payment methods is because our order system is highly automated so as to speed up the order process and reduce costs to our customers.
Payment methods such as money orders are unreliable, difficult to refund and need to be matched up manually.

3.2 Why was my credit card declined?
There are many reasons why a credit card can be declined.
The most common reasons for a declined credit card are:
1. The CSC security code on your card was entered incorrectly (this is a 3 or 4 digit number printed on the back or front of a credit card). On most credit cards, the CSC is printed on the back of the card, usually after the card number.
2. Your credit card was not issued by an Australian bank.
3. Your internet connection originates from outside Australia (we find this can often happen if you're accessing the internet from work, and are employed by an international corporation).
If you continue to have trouble, you may wish to submit payment via an alternative payment method, such as PayPal.

3.3 I am having a problem using PayPal, what can I do?
Please ensure that your postcode and suburb matches the Australia Post postcode database at www.auspost.com.au

3.4 Can I place an item on hold for a period of time before payment?
As with most online resellers, we aren't able to "hold" items or offer a lay-by service. At 1Saleaday , we operate on a "first come, first serve" basis. Keeping things exciting as there are limited items at amazing prices.
For this reason, we recommend buying any hot deals as soon as you notice them to avoid disappointment.

3.6 I've been charged but I can't find my order!
You can check your order history by logging into your account.
If you are unable to locate the order in your account history, then that order has not been placed. However, please double-check that you haven't made that order with a different account.
If you've been charged for an order that didn't go through, then be sure to contact us so that we can track down the transaction and issue you a refund. Include the following details:
* The date and value of the transaction. * If you paid by credit card, then include the name and expiry date from your credit card. * If you paid by PayPal, then include the PayPal transaction ID (from your PayPal account -- this will NOT appear on your credit card statement)

4. Placing an Order
4.1 How do I place an order on 1Saleaday?
To place an order, all you need to do is click on the "BUY NOW!" button on the item you are interested in purchasing.
You will be asked to create a new account to do this - just enter your email address and a password. Of course if you have previously created an account, you may login instead.
Then, all you need to do is follow the process through the checkout - it is very easy. Of course, we are here if you need help at any stage, and will be more than happy to assist.

4.3 How do I change the quantity of a product in my shopping cart?
To change the number of items in your shopping cart, simply change the number then click "update cart". This will update the cart to the correct quantity of items you wish to purchase.
If you want to remove any product from your checkout, all you need to do is select the "deleate product". The product will be completely removed.

4.4 How do I choose a colour, design or add-on for a product?
For most of our products you are able to choose an option when you place your order into your shopping cart. Once in your shopping cart, a dropdown menu will appear which will offer you a choice of colour, design or add-on, if any options are available for the product.

4.5 Why is my order on hold?
If your order status appears as 'On Hold' on your order page, this usually means that our system has automatically flagged your item for security reasons. This usually happens when your order is made through an IP address from an overseas location. We usually review it and if it appears to be good then we push it through to be processed.
Please email us if the "On Hold" status appears for more than 48 hours and we will look into it.

4.6 How can I cancel my order?
We are not able to cancel orders once your payment has been processed. After an order has been paid, your order is put into our system where our automated dispatch process begins, we are unable to stop this process.
We encourage all customers to check their order quantity and items ordered before completing checkout to avoid any disappointment due to the wrong order being placed.
Please also note as per our terms and conditions we are unable to refund for incorrect choice or change of mind. However, in some circumstances, we may be able to exchange or refund the purchase price of unopened items. Return shipping and a 10% restocking fee apply.

If there is a part missing from the product, please contact us to organize an exchange. However, please note that sometimes products may differ from instruction manuals as one manual may cover a few similar models, so please take this into account before requesting a refund. Yes, you are able to send the item to any address of your choosing within Australia. Just ensure you enter in the addresses correctly in the Shipping Address section when you purchase your product. Also, we do not include any invoices or receipts with the product, these are always emailed to you, so the recipient will not know how much you paid for the item.

If you'e not home at the time of the delivery, usually what will happen is a card will be placed in your letterbox by Australia Post advising you to pick up the item from your local post office. If you have further problems in locating your item, please contact us immediately.

7.2 How do I make a warranty claim for items which are faulty or damaged?
When an item is applicable for a manufacturers warranty, there will be a form or card in the item package with instructions on how to claim the warranty. 7.4 My item has been damaged in transit, how can I arrange for a replacement to be sent?
Whilst we dont anticipate this happening often, sometimes items do get damaged in transit. All 1saleaday items are fully insured and if an item gets damaged all you have to do is request a replacement by logging on to the site, Filling out the RMA form (located at the bottom of the home page) and emailing our support team

7.5 Can I obtain a refund if I've changed my mind about a product?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds at this time for a change of heart and only offer an exchange for damaged or faulty products. However, due to the incredibly low price of our items you would easily be able to sell the product on an online auction site like ebay for example, and even make a profit in the process.
